Per-tenant data isolation
Every customer gets its own database, not a shared table with a tenant column. One tenant's data is never queryable from another's connection, by construction.
Role-based access, everywhere
Every action in the product is permission-gated. A manager gets exactly the reach they need — nothing is reachable by default, and nothing is granted implicitly.
Full audit trail
Sensitive changes — role grants, salary structures, permission edits — are logged with who, what and when, so access review isn't a guessing game.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic to Univo runs over TLS. Data at rest is encrypted at the storage layer, including statutory fields like PAN and bank details.
