One suite, built one working app at a time
Most businesses end up running on five different tools that don’t talk to each other. Univo is being built to be the alternative — a single suite, shipped module by module, starting with HR.
Univo started from a simple observation: growing businesses don’t lack software, they lack software that agrees with itself. A hire made in a recruitment tool doesn’t show up in payroll. A quote in a sales tool doesn’t become an invoice without re-typing it. Every integration between point solutions is another place for data to drift out of sync.
So instead of building another single-purpose app, we’re building a suite — HRMS, Marketing, Sales, Billing, Inventory, Finance and Projects, all on one login, one tenant, one permission model. HRMS came first because payroll and people data touch every other part of a business, and it had to be right before anything else could build on top of it.
We’d rather ship six modules well over three years than launch fifty half-built ones in six months. If a page on this site says a module is “coming to the suite,” that means exactly that — it’s being built, not shipped yet.

Ship what's real
We'd rather say a module is "coming soon" than market a feature that doesn't exist yet. What we say is live, is live.
Access is earned, not assumed
Nothing is reachable without an explicit permission grant. Security isn't a checkbox added before a sales call.
Built India-first
Statutory fields, compliance workflows and pricing are designed around how Indian businesses actually operate, not adapted from a US-first product.
The build, so far
HRMS development begins
Recruitment, org structure and attendance built first, as the foundation for everything else.
HRMS goes live
Payroll ships, and the first workspaces move off spreadsheets onto Univo.
Suite expansion begins
Marketing, Sales, Billing, Inventory, Finance and Projects move from design into active build.
